Farming Falmouth is on the way to purchasing its first agricultural parcel.
We are working with the Compact of Cape Cod Conservation Trusts to keep this land in farming forever. We have two years to complete the purchase, and we need your help. No donation is too small. Let's save this property and put new farmers on the land.
There is a growing realization across the country that communities need to find more sources of locally produced food. Yet Falmouth has lost much of its farmland to development. What remains is exorbitantly expensive and beyond the reach of new farmers. In order to nurture the next generation of local growers, we must help them gain access to land as well as affordable housing.
