C.L. Fornari: Growing Dinner and Food Security — April 22

Earth Day, April 22nd at 2:00
at the West Falmouth Library

As a grower of vegetables for 50+ years, C.L. Fornari's favorite thing is to walk into her front yard and ask, "What's for dinner?" When you grow your own food, something for dinner is almost always at hand.

C.L. will discuss:

  • how to progress to food self-sufficiency

  • the best vegetables to grow on the Cape

  • ones that supply the most produce

  • diseases, insects and critters

  • organic tips for common problems
